Guava is especially rich in vitamin C. The fruit is also rich in polyphenols which are antioxidants which can remove free radicals in our body and protects against the damage caused by environmental stresses. Polyphenols are responsible for the astringency of the fruit. Under drying process, water is removed so the vitamin C and other nutrients are further enriched in the obtained dried guava.

Health benefits of guava

Dietary fiber amount in guava may help with the digestive system, especially improve the colon conditions. The concentrated content of vitamin C in guava helps boost immunity. The fruits may bring healthy skin too because they are rich in polyphenols, which are strong natural antioxidants, as said.

Our dried guava is processed from selected fresh guava fruits, with optimal ripeness and taste. The dried product is added with a little amount of sugar for taste improvement and preservation purposes. If you concern about sugar, you can try our sugar-free dried mango, pineapple or jackfruit.

At our factory, new and advanced technologies including low temperature drying (heat-pump drying system) and infrared drying technology are applied to retain maximum amount of nutrients from the fresh fruits in the dried guava product.
