Luckily for our farmers, Aloe Vera can grow in such extreme weather conditions and help them earns their life. Normally, plants grow in extreme conditions and not very fertile soils will produce more secondary metabolites including antioxidants to cope with the environmental stresses.

Aloe Vera gel, or the pulp, is the part obtained after removing the green rind outside. It is very rich in anti-oxidants components and that is while it is applied to soothe the skin. Aloe vera also helps reduce Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other digestive disorders. Aloe Vera is known to have laxative effect which can help treat constipation.

Our dried Aloe Vera

The gel has a very high content of water. During drying, major part of this water is evaporated away. The fresh Aloe Vere reduced many times in weight. The solid content including antioxidants are enriched to many folds.

Our dried Aloe Vera is ready to eat. A serving size of 20 g is sufficient for a day. We can use the dried Aloe Vera as a snack on its own or we can mix with yogurt, nuts, breakfast cereals …
